Calendar Analysis

See exactly how you spend your time in meetings

Calendar Analysis is a web app that connects to your Google Calendar (read-only), automatically groups your meetings into categories you define with keywords and filters, and shows you a dashboard of how your time breaks down — by group, internal vs external, week by week, and more.

Read-only Google Calendar access. We never modify your events, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account.

What you can do

Everything runs after a one-time sync from your Google Calendar — no spreadsheets, no manual tagging of individual meetings.

Sync your calendar

Sign in with Google and pull events from your primary calendar. The past and future sync windows are configurable (e.g. last 12 months + next 4 weeks).

Group meetings

Define analysis groups by keywords matched in title, description, or attendee emails, plus filters like RSVP status, only-me events, all-day blocks, or a date range. Drag to set priority.

Visualize time

Dashboard with KPIs, hours-by-group, internal vs external, weekly meeting hours, a full breakdown table with a rolling 4-week comparison, and a bump chart of your top groups over time.

Triage uncategorized

Browse events that match no group, grouped by title. Build new rules on the spot — the list updates live as your categories start catching them.

Exclude noise

Mark groups as 'exclude' to discard matching events (e.g. all-day reminders, focus blocks, working-location entries) from every analysis.

Private by design

Read-only OAuth scope, refresh tokens encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and your data stays in your own Supabase database. We never share or sell your data.

How it works

1

Sign in with Google

Grant read-only access to your Google Calendar. We only read events — we never modify, send, or share them.

2

Sync your events

Pull your primary-calendar events into your private database. You choose how far back and how far forward to sync.

3

Group and analyze

Create groups with keywords and filters, then explore the dashboard. Everything updates as you refine your rules.
